太早起不好?!

Getting out of bed before 5 a.m. might be bad for your health, according to a study in Japan that found early risers have a higher risk of medical conditions that can lead to heart attack and stroke.

日本一項研究發現,在早上五點以前起床對身體不好。太早起的人比較容易成為罹患心臟病及中風的危險群。
